I have just completed the 6 week challenge and have learnt a lot.
From nutrition support with a dietician and training guidance from
all of the great staff at body beyond I am feeling fitter, healthier
and more informed about the choices I am making for my body. I lost
4% body fat, and gained LOADS of muscle. Most importantly I was
accountable to myself with my eating and working out. The Facebook
group and support from the other challengers was inspiring.
Thank you for a great 6 weeks. I am feeling on track to keep
working on my fitness goals
