I started my BBL journey in November 2017, working with Mick a few times 2-3 times per week and learning my own way through the gym the others.
During our PT sessions he really showed me how to exercise and eat right for my body and within 3 months I had dropped 38cm and 3% body fat - now we are concentrating in growing lean muscle.
I’m excited to be working towards lifting heavy weights with Mick - it’s making me strong, lean and fit.
I love eating good food and being a good role model for my two year old.
The BBL family is so supportive and are wanting you to succeed - it’s super refreshing to have them commenting positively on the work you do and egging you on to more.
Best decision I made for myself was to call this gym for help.
