When I joined this challenge it wasn’t really
about losing weight for me, it was about
finding me again. Making time for myself,
and getting my health
& fitness back, something that I’d just
pushed to the side, because that’s what Mums do!

I’m so happy that I randomly saw the
promotional ad for this 6 week challenge
that day as it’s been the best decision to join this challenge.

Some of the positives from the challenge:

1. My husband and I have been loving being
back in the gym, eating healthy food again
and with covid it’s definitely helped with
our mental and emotional
health & well being
2. Meeting Tash Winter and Tiare GC my 2
gym besties, it’s been so nice having that
accountability buddy’s there with me at 5.45am each day
3. Weight loss 1.1kgs
4. Amazingly I’ve lost 21.5cm and I’m starting to build muscle and see definition in my body
