When I started I didn't really have a goal and I didn't really know what I wanted I just knew I wasn't happy in who I was.
I had been at other gyms for years and didn't really have any structure, confidence or consistency and I definitely didn't know what a deadlift was.
BBL has taught me so much but helping me build confidence, gaining and understanding of my body and making the gym les soft a chore and more of a hobby.
BBL ultimately has helped me shift my mindset and allowed me to achieve goals I previously never thought I could have.
I am much stronger, much happier and 20kg lighter than when I started and I have the team to thank for that
