Four months ago I joined BBL after some time out of the gym and
recovering from an a ruptured ACL. Mick told me if I trained
with him he could get me motivated again, get me eating the
right foods and hit the goals that I was after and that he did.
I would recommend Mick as a coach and the BBL crew to anyone,
I am now training regularly and have put on 5kgs of muscle lost
heaps of body fat, hit PB's in all my compound lifts and just
feel better in myself, I am also eating healthier through the
nutrition plans that Mick made up for me which have great
recipes and are super easy to follow.
