We are super proud of our challengers and Grace certainly is someone who has climbed many hurdles and really kicked some bum not only during the challenge but continues to do so with us.

It was definitely a challenge and it felt like I wouldn't ever make it but 6 weeks later and 8kg lighter I can now see a massive difference
I feel I have so much more energy, a better look on life and Ive had so many compliments since doing the challenge which is pushing me to make a better me for the future
I also noticed along with the weight loss and muscle gain my posture is so much better, I don't hurt as much anymore and can stand a lot of straighter without a hunch, I can stand tall figuratively and literally! ?
