I joined BBL in February after having my second baby late December. I wanted to loose the weight I gained through my pregnancy and get my fitness back. I was nervous to join a new gym but from the minute I joined I felt welcome and not one bit hesitant to turn up. In the time I have been with BBL I have completed a couple of challenges and always try to attend the kid friendly 9:30 sessions and if time allows a session in the gym. These sessions have pushed me and my fitness has increased week by week. I have also met some awesome ladies through attending!! To date I have lost 13kg and 59cm and back to my pre baby weight! Thanks for being so welcoming, supportive and pushing me to achieve great results
