This Powerlifting workshop is suitable for those new to strength training and also to those with more experience who would like to take their training and results to the next level by further refining their technique in the competition lifts.
During the course of the workshop you will be introduced to the basic principles of the key lifts Bench, Deadlift and Squat and and how to apply them to your training to gain mega strength.
The Bench Press
