When i started lifting at BBL 6 months ago, i weighed in at 106 at my heaviest. Now my last weigh in was 90 and some change.
This is for 2 reasons.
1) i like the atmosphere there. The place can be busy yet not overcrowded, and not filled wall-to-wall with mirror posers or rock-apes sitting in the leg press machine playing on their phones
2) the 30 day body shift challenge (responsible for 95 to 90). Im a picky bastard when it comes to food. However, this challenge got me to try and enjoy food i never though I’d ever try.
