Our Group fitness classes are second to none in the hunter and surrounds. Our trainers are dedicated professionals who mix up each session so that you never get bored.

Casual Visits: You will need to fill in some forms before you start your first class so make sure you get there at least 15 mins early. If you are coming to an early morning class contact the club the day before and we can get those forms out to you before you start.
Pricing: Casual visits are $15 and payable by CASH at the class.

Kids Classes: Kids classes are split into age groups so that every kid gets the best out of their training.
Both the Monday and Wednesday classes run in this way.
Ages 3-8: 4 – 4:30pm
Ages 8+: 4:30 – 5pm

HIIT LIMITS; High Intense Interval Training combines short, high-intensity bursts of speed (from 10 seconds to three minutes) interspersed with slow recovery phases. The fast and slow intervals are repeated throughout the workout.

KIDS BOOTCAMP: Schools Out! Loads of Fun Fitness Games for the Kids! Kids bootcamp is a circuit style class where kids follow the circuit and work together to reach goals. They always leave with a big smile and having had heaps of fun.
COMBAT BOXING: Like punching things?
Whatever your size, shape or sex, every boxer will have started from ground level, so anyone and everyone can work their way up to a good level of fitness with COMBAT Boxing: An entry level class that will see your fitness climb with consistent training. This class is also great for increasing your cardiovascular fitness and working on you endurance. You need your Inner Gloves for this class and they are for purchase at the class for $4.
CALORIE ZONE CIRCUIT: ULTIMATE burn is an entire body workout! This class is designed to push your strength and muscles to the next level!!
