Starting the 30 day challenge, I was more focused on just eating healthier!
Not only did I achieve a much healthier eating schedule, I’ve also toned up and lost a lot more weight than I expected!
The BBL crew was amazing, they motivated me and kept up to date on my progress from week to week, they also pushed me to my limits in the classes, ensuring I was doing my best and getting the most out of them.
After 30 days, I’ve lost 5kgs! And 30 cms in measurements all up!!!
Couldn’t thank BBL enough! They’ve really changed my bad habits early on in my fitness journey with the challenge!!
