This not to be missed event will answer all your questions when it comes to nutrition, gut health and your hormones.
A lot of us don’t realise how important our gut health is to our general well being. Some key signs of bad gut health are
Upset stomach – ie gas, bloating, constipation
A high-sugar diet – a result of increased sugar in the body is a decrease in good bacteria in your body which in turn creates MORE sugar cravings and is linked to increased inflammation.
Unintentional weight changes – an inbalanced gut can decrease your bodies ability to absorb nutrients,regulate blood sugar and store fat.
Skin irritation imbalances – imbalances in the gut can cause flare ups of eczema and other skin problems.

Our hormones also play a very important role in the way we deal with and live our lives and it can be a real balancing act to understand why we are feeling the way we do and how we can fix it.
