Women with Weights Workshop

Women with weights is an empowering way to spend an hour of your Saturday.
Take this opportunity to get started, fine tune your lifts and feel super confident in the weights room!
We notice a lot of women shying away from the weights room. A lot of the time its because they don’t know how to use the equipment, sometimes it’s because they are intimidated by a (usually) male dominated space. Well this workshop is designed to change all of that. If you want that toned body you’ve always wanted getting to know your way around the weights room is exactly what you need. You will not look like a man just because you lift. in face here are 5 reasons why you SHOULD be lifting weights.
