Dress up in your best spring themed gear and join us for our another one of our sweaty Saturday, themed bootcamps!
Come and put yourself to the challenge in this high Intensity Interval training, HIIT combines short, high intensity bursts of speed (from 10 seconds to three minutes) interspersed with slow recovery phases. The fast and slow intervals are repeated throughout the workout. The effect of HIIT can last up to 24 hours following, speeding the repair of tissues, improving muscle and skin tone and building lean musce mass. Our classes are designed for everyBODY.
