There is a lot of controversy surrounding the hours that people train for optimal results. Yes there are some varied benefits of training fasted in the morning, the reason being the lower glycogen levels will help you burn fat faster but you have to make sure that you eat within around 20 minutes of training and it can also mean that you could lose energy for the day. If you have a goal of lifting really heavy it would be better to have fuelled your body and train later in the day.
At the end of the day it doesnt matter what time you train as long as you do train.
It’s better to get in a workout than to not do one at all.
