Member of the month – Kel

MASSIVE shout out to Kellie AKA BBL Mumma bear for taking out members of the month of March!
This warrior women has not only taken her life back and lost 80kg, but added years on her life.
Kel at each 5am class helping the trainers set up for the day, is absolutely mind-blowing to all new
members take up all BBL services and supports her gym.
Kel is much-needed and loved at BBL by all the staff and members and lights up everywhere she goes.
What an amazing warrior woman.
I started 2021 with the decision to lose weight and regain my health, then in June 2021, I found BBL. I am amazed at how far I have come;
I have now lost 80kg, am fitter, stronger, and healthier than I thought was possible. I still have a way to go, but it doesn’t seem impossible anymore!!
It is incredible what you can achieve when you have the right mindset and are surrounded by likeminded, supportive people.

PS. Ticking off a bucket list item, have booked in and am climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the 2nd April!!
